Our business headquarters covers 2,000 square meters, while the main production workshop spans 5,000 square meters, with additional subsidiary production facilities covering 2,000 square meters and 1,000 square meters, respectively.
We offer a comprehensive range of doctor blades, including stainless steel doctor blades, carbon steel doctor blades, ceramic doctor blades, coated doctor blades, and various auxiliary blades such as backing blades, combination blade clamps, and doctor blade cutters used in post-processing for bag-making equipment. We utilize fully automated production lines and advanced inspection equipment, capable of magnifying blade edges up to 500 times to detect micro-defects as small as 100 nanometers, ensuring precision and consistency. We have established a full-process production chain, managing everything from raw material sourcing to final product delivery.
The doctor blade materials are sourced from high-quality European steel, meeting international quality standards. With extensive production management experience and a strict quality control system, we have obtained ISO9001 international quality certification.
In 2023, our doctor blade production exceeded 50,000 boxes, with exports worldwide including the Middle East, Western Europe, and North America. We primarily serve major printing companies, printing equipment manufacturers, and consumables distributors. Our doctor blades are widely recognized for their consistent ink metering performance and extended lifespan, earning the trust and satisfaction of customers worldwide.
Currently, our printing blades are distributed across nearly 30 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions in China, supported by numerous domestic agents, and are also exported to Europe, the Middle East, and other international markets.
