We operate from a 2,000 m² office building and a 5,000 m² production facility, with two additional subsidiary workshops covering 2,000 m² and 1,000 m². Our manufacturing process is carried out in dedicated workshop areas, including blade edge processing, polishing, precision machining, and quality inspection zones, ensuring strict quality control at every stage. Each doctor blade undergoes a rigorous quality control process. Using 500x magnification, our inspectors detect imperfections as small as 100 nanometers, followed by manual inspection to ensure a flawless edge.
